"All of Us are Dead" Doesn't Have a Single Bad Episode

by John Zenoni

‘All of Us are Dead’ - if anyone is into the zombie genre, I really think you will enjoy this latest entry on Netflix. This is a series that doesn't have one bad episode! The story, characters and action keeps you captured the entire time. It's definitely better than AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ and I've been following that series faithfully since its inception. The only reason I'm even sticking around on that one is to see what happens to Carol and Daryl. But that's another story.
For those not familiar with the series, ‘All of Us are Dead’ is a Korean drama set in a high school where a zombie virus outbreak occurs. One of the science teachers has created a virus to take revenge on actions that took place against his bullied son. Naturally, it was only a matter of time until it was released. What I like about this series is that, while zombies are around and blood/gore/terror take place, of course, the series also focuses on how the teens, who are grouped together and trying to survive, share in time what all they go through as high school students. Of course, it's pretty much what we all have been through during that time of our lives.
The cast in this series is really good and everyone does a great job with the material they are given. There are a couple of scenes that try to come across as funny and some work while others do not. However, over all this is a great series and I cannot wait to see what happens next.
